Is there any company in America that makes a ring and pinion gear set for our pickups? Is EVERYTHING now made in China? frown

Yes, I believe some are still made in the USA. The last time I looked there was a company in California and one in Texas (San Antonio, I think) that were marketing them. I don't offhand recall who made them, however.

Don’t know we’re they are made but the vendors sell the 355 gear sets but I see one that had them online says they are out of stock so don’t ponder it too long the set I got looks to be good quality .Also a member here also has them from Arizona I think Mother Trucker .Mine are installed but has never rolled on pavement yet.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
