Are you interested in a road trip on Saturday, October 27. :whistle: :whistle: :whistle: The destination is Bethelem, Pa. to pick up something BIG and green , no help in loading is needed, just a fun, cool trip, I'll drive and somebody else is driving the tractor trailer, Billy knows who that is, it is the guy who hauled his Mack..

There is a chance I will be headed home from New England about that time.

Rent a van and bring the menfolk with you and we will show them what REAL men do, if you do not, you will wish you did, .................ok, ok, ok, I vented, yes duty calls and the truck(s) have to wait.

John -- How'd it go? Is the beast home?

It rained all the way up and was a moosoon all the back thru DE. Upon my arrrival, Les already had the truck loaded up on the lowboy, I was told it stopped raining long enough for them to load up. I have already driven it around the neighborhood. I am just doing some (thats an understatement on a truck this size) PM, 2 days and I am still not done. She runs fine and the air brakes will put you thru the windshield. I have not wiped the grin off my face yet

Ok John Gott it is time for the pictures I want to see what you got now love the G506 sounds as if the new one is much bigger.

John, congrats on getting the new toy home. Sorry I could not join you but work got in the way of my fun once again. I take it all worked out well with Les? It was a nasty day, thats for sure.
And yes, we defineately need some pictures.

Ok guys I will take some. I have busy with work and after school activities with the little guy, however I have greased the truck, going on 3 hours with that job, over 40 zerk fittings, I am in the process of greasing the boom(s) and the cables, very time consuming, but will probably won't have to do this again for along time, all mechanicals work fine and boy does that Hercules RXC purr..............talk about torque, I give myself a year to repaint and tidy up a few areas,the body is solid, but I will put a headliner in. The plan is to have the body soda blasted, teh Chevy is cool but this baby is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cool.
