Not sure if this is the right place for this question...but here goes:
Does anyone know where I can buy sheets of cork and also the heavy black "paper-like" material that they use for common gaskets (i.e. not exposed to direct heat like on an exhaust manifold)?
I have a feeling that finding some gaskets for my restoration may be difficult so I may have to make my own (after I make a paper template)...but I don't know where to buy the gasket sheet stock?

You can get thin,meduim, or thick. Also can get asbestos for exhaust flange applications.
