I'm still looking around trying to figure out how to navigate, so bear with me. I live in east central Kansas and have a 1958 3100 fleetside 235 w/4spd. When I found it,It was a 97k mile farm truck with shag carpeting interior, 3 different sized tires, leaking heater core, broken glass and no wiper motor. That is not an all inclusive list. Lots of scratches, dings, and a bit of rust, but all mechanical is now functional. In my younger years the stovebolt was usually the first casualty in a quest for speed and noise, however now it's a nostalgic challenge to keep running and tinker with. Thanks for leaving the door open. David

What you have looks like a good example of a survivor, just the fact that the 235 is still there is a good thing. I'm a big fan of the four eyed Task Force trucks and love seeing them join the site. Introduce yourself at the Midwest Bolters forum, they're a great group of folks.

You have a really nice start to your project. There are so many restomods in the car/truck shows these day, it’s nice to see a real survivor. You’ve come to the right place as expert help is here and all you need to do is ask! See you in the shops!

Lots of fellow 'Bolters call our area home. Glad to see you have already mastered the picture posting process! Like the look of the Task Force Fleetside as it has a different style all its own. From your intro, sounds like you have already been well into getting things going on your truck. Looking forward to seeing you in the forums, not mention more pics of your truck as you can provide.
