It has YANKEE 77 stamped right on top of the housing. It's kind of pitted though, but it would look good re-chromed.

You might also try NAPA because I know for a fact that they carry exact replacements for my clearance lights on my '72 C60. Those are the ones that have a round base and no chrome. Hope this helps.
