Just picked up a ‘49 one 1/2 ton flatbed. I’ll have lots of questions as this project progresses. Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge & support of my obsession.
We are located in the NY & VT border.

Nice truck and welcome to the forum. Your not too far from me. I’m over at Lake Sacandaga. I also have friends that live in Schaghticoke.

Had some medical issues᠁.but looking to dig into my big bolt project now.

Any good direction on identifying my engine? It’s a factory remanufactured unit. I believe from 1973. Code 1 # 121947??? I thinks it’s a 235. Any guidance is welcome.
