I did get a new (remanufactured) MC from FLAPS using the old one for core.
All of the bearings, ball joints, tie rod ends, seals, etc are new from FLAPS. I ordered the ball joints, tie rods, wheel bearings, etc to match the '79, and the upper and lower control arm bushings to match the '63.
The 2" drop springs and sway bar kit came from CPP.
Wilwood Prop valve and 10 psi residual valve came from Summit.
Hopefully tonight after work I'll get the rest of the brake lines bent and in place so that I can back it out of the garage, turn it around and install the rearend out of the same '79. | | | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 248 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 248 | Forgot to mention...I also got an Wilwood adjustable prop valve and 10 psi residual valve from Summit. | | | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 248 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 248 | The spindles, rotors, Vac booster, steering linkage, etc came off a wrecked '79 C-10.
