Here's a super tough one for you. Dipstick broke off in tube on 235. It's about an inch down from the top. Tried everything. Thinking I should pull tube out of block. How is it held in? What am I going to break by removing it? Assume it's just pressed in but don't want to break off in the block.

Yep, it's pressed in.
Mine came out with some vice grip twisting... oily spot, good chance it's not rusty.

If you're worried maybe tap a screw into it and use something to slide hammer.

FYI: it's easily replaceable with 3/8 steel tube if you can figure out the correct length.

Put a 5/16” bolt in the tube first and clamp down on that so you don’t crush the tube, then twist and lift.

Do the bolt and vise grip approach, but slide a big 1/2" drive deep socket over the tube first. Use the socket like a slide hammer.
