Does anyone have any pictures of a floorpan they have installed on a 47-54 3100 ? i'm having a hard time locating the door frame to the pan and holding the 331/2" opening . When i clamp it up to the notch in the pan in the rear it leaves the hole exposed in the front. It did not have a floor when i got it , so i dont have anything to refrence.

I have some pics of my floor repairs that might help you. I did not replace the entire floor pan, but it should give you an idea of what it should look like.
I assume you're installing a complete floor pan, but don't know what you mean by the notch in the pan.

if you can access photobucket there is pics of both sides floor pans on my 52 panel....and I think a pic or two showing them installed.

The rocker you have looks longer than the one on my floor pan. I have replaced the whole door frame . but there is a second hole in the rocker that looks like it should go behind the door post on the front. but when i align that up it wants to close my 33.5" gap .

Can you post a picture of your rocker? Mine does not have any holes other than the 3 in front of the front door post for the parking brake support bracket.
I would position the rocker and door post to maintain the gap.
There's a dimension in the Factory Assembly Manual (Section 1, Sheet 1.07) that shows the front end of the rocker positioned 8.47 inches behind the face of the firewall.
