So I got the new water pump gasket in my '37 and it quit leaking so that's all good.
A bit of trivia. I am re-upholstering the seats and found a paper tag attached to
one of the springs. It says " Fort Pitt Bedding Co" and has a list of patent dates
starting in 1925 and going through at least 1937. After that it gets hard to read.
I wonder if they made the springs, did the upholstery or both?
Use that to stump your friends who think they know everything about these trucks.

Don't tear the label off under the penalty law.
