The shape of the cam lobe is all wrong. You would have to use a valve clearance specification of around .005", and adjust the valves frequently to avoid noisy operation and/or valves that fail to seat properly and cause compression leakage and valve burning. Not many people would be willing to do the maintenance required to keep an engine running right.
