For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jul 2019 Posts: 32 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jul 2019 Posts: 32 | 3 of the 4 spring hangers on the back of my Chevy 1.5 ton are worn/whopped out.
My first thought is to figure out something that would cross-over because this design went on forever, but can they be refurbished the original with new bushings? Cheaper to just make something else work? What is the best avenue of attack for this?
Thanks much. | | | | | Joined: May 2005 Posts: 8,983 Sir Searchalot | | Sir Searchalot Joined: May 2005 Posts: 8,983 | Depends on the year of the 1.5T. ??????????

If so, the chevy parts catalog confirms that all four hangers are alike and that they fit ALL sizes of Chevys for 1929-1932. This seems odd to me but I am just reporting what the catalog says. The actual Chevy part number is 356935. You could set up an eBay search for the part number and also look for a frame left over from a rod project. Let me know if I can help.
