Hi All,

I just bought a 1935 Chevy 1.5 ton military spec truck. It's awaiting transport from Oregon to my home in western North Carolina. The company says it may be November before I see it! Hoping to share info, and learn about this '35. My oldest iron before this was a 1946 1.5t, also a Chevy.

Glad to be here!

Thurman

Thurman, congrats on your truck. I like it. I see your just up the road from me here in Spartanburg so if your down this way stop in and say hello. Hot dogs and a good Cold Pepsi are on me.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.

Welcome to Stovebolt.com. We are here to help if/when you need it. Be sure to pass along what you have learned. BTW, Photobucket is NOT the preferred photo hosting site for Stovebolt friendly use. A large percentage of us can't see your photos. If you want to use a link system try Imgur or Google Images. but you should try our Photo Posting process. It's posted in the left margin of every page. shake

Thanks, Martin. I guess the sticky at the top of the welcome forum should be fixed then; Photobucket is the example used. The PPP by the way, allows only a 500 byte image in the welcome forum, not really worth while to post.
