Having an area that we can congregate and have a couple of cold beverages is always a positive.

When we check into a hotel and walk into the room, if it smells or looks dirty at all.
We go right back down to the desk and ask for another room.
They have always given us one and sometimes an upgrade.
We thought the place was nice enough for the price and will go back.
