The inner fender on the passenger side bolts to this bracket. I think it has captured nuts for the inner fender. It attaches with 3 bolts thru the toe board from inside the cab. None of the major suppliers (LMC Jim carter) have it. I don't know what its called. The one on the drivers side has the parking brake shaft thru it. Can anyone help?

The passenger side inner fender bolts directly through the toeboard. That inner fender came with captive nuts, and had bolts coming through the toe board into those captive nuts.
