Bought a 49 Chevy dually flatbed 6 months ago in WA and trailered her down south. She's a 3600 with what I'm told is a 1 ton rear. Definitely not a standard wheelbase length, so I'd bite off on that. Good strong 235 with 12v conversion. Bought her to try and teach myself a little about auto repair and keep busy when I have a free moment. So in that vein, I'll be leaning on this community a good bit!

Mike, my truck was found just a couple hours north of you in Sedro Wooley and came over to Whidbey with me and now TX.
Leo, I tried a different hosting site there now, I think that one works. I'm actually looking for a set of modern duals that fit her, the newer chevy steelis seem to be a little large for the hub, but so far is holding up, just monitoring the lug studs frequently.
