Just getting around to setting up an account here, spent many hours perusing already. Bought a 49 Chevy dually flatbed 6 months ago in WA and trailered her down south. She's a 3600 with what I'm told is a 1 ton rear. Definitely not a standard wheelbase length, so I'd bite off on that. Good strong 235 with 12v conversion. Bought her to try and teach myself a little about auto repair and keep busy when I have a free moment. So in that vein, I'll be leaning on this community a good bit!
