1961 apache. front end is off. I saw 58 chrome headliet bezels for sale. will they bolt to my 61 grill. they look? the same.

last nite took seat out, disconnect small things from cab. some floor rot to address. next step cab off frame

got the steering wheel/Colum out this week end

removed fuel tank( great shape) got the cab on 2x4's. cant move it yet, motor in the way. starting to remove the bed.

removing paint on the part of the grill in front of the rad. sprayed bed bolts. found some ideas for brake/clutch issue. ccp has a nice combo with booster and pedels!

Chaz, you just keep adding to a post about grills. The best thing to do if your intention is to document your progress/build is to start a thread in the Project Journal Forum or the DIYT Sub-Forum in the welcome center. This will get you more exposure. If you have a specific question about a certain item or task then post that question in the appropriate forum for that item or task. Hope this helps.

well not so much workin on the apache this weekend, granddaughter b day party then onto getting new glasses. then back to work. dosent time fly !!!

big snow storm! new phone( pain in the neck trying to figure out) anyway... GOT THE NEW INNER ROCKER/FLOOR in.trying to keep as much old floor as possible, most of it is good. also installed fron floor brace. pics will come as soon as photobuket behaves. lol

And here I was hoping we were talking about grilling a couple flank steaks with cherry wood, etc.

lol these are harder to chew. but! I did score a complete grill inner/ outer headlite bezels, hood eyebrow inserts, all in chrome!!! will show pics wen ups delivers.

ROCKER PANEL IS IN, I HAVE PIC BUT PHOTOBUCKETS NOT PLAYING WELL WITH OTHERS, ON TO MORE STUFF

pikup pikup ben busy guna get very busy soon(summer)anyway. epoxy primed some small parts, also cleaning some welds on rockers

pikup pikup ok- after priming the smaller pcs. the back side is good but rusty. I got the loose stuff off degreased, andsprayed rustolem rust inhib... no one is guna see it, same as bck side of cowels, ect..
