I bought one off the bay last night. My only concern is that I've never actually seen one of these in person so I kinda took a chance on it working. Do you fellas think this is the right seat for my 1950 suburban? photobucket photobucket photobucket

It was listed as 47-54 chevrolet. Wonder if the one that I bought is for an earlier or later Suburban?

I'm not sure what other years previous 1946 it fits. watch this video by Tim Sheridan and you'll see him demonstrate the passenger jump seat. 1946 Chevrolet Suburban. I have deleted/edited a “for sale” offer.
You might be able to buy it back, if it is posted in the Swap Meet?

In reading the time line I came to the conclusion that chevytruckdaddy had posted the item for sale. The Moderator deleted the ad before you saw it, so you didn’t know it had been posted. The Moderator did what was asked of him by the site owner and therefore should not be criticized for doing his job.
