I have plenty of this material on hand and need to know the best way to attach it. I have never found staples that perfectly match the existing holes so I cut short lengths of steel wire (stainless if you have it, but not necessary)that fit through the hole diameter and bend them to fit. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 1,901 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 1,901 | I've be trying to find out what that "heavy roofing paper" is. Care to tell us? Thanks Ummm... it's roofing felt... I used 30# but you could double up 15# and get there too. Or maybe cut up a bunch of those plastic cutting mat/boards. The thin stuff. That would really non sqeek.

I am positive that these trucks were originally put together this way. I just don't understand why.

I'd probly use plumbing adheasive over liquid nails but a color coded volcum caulking would be trick...
