Rewiring my 46 1/2t, and I have come to the headlight switch. All the wires (original) have been cut. The switch appears to be the original Delco Remy 1995040 switch. Does anyone have a wiring schematic for this switch? I have a picture, but don't have a way of posting it.

Thanks for your help.

I've got that, but what I'm looking for is which wire goes to which lug.

The factory assembly manual should show that. It was what I used on the 48

I've got to ask this question....on the AD reproduction light switches I've seen have information stamped on the face/back of the switch. I just changed my switch on the 52 panel last night and it is labeled at each post......but it is hard to see.

...but the repop's for the 46 may not show that??

If your 12V and using this repop switch #EL60 from Carter you an see the labeled post. Click on the image to make it bigger.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.

The 46 switch has no marking, that I can see. Also my service manual does not show the lug connections. Anyone have a page form the 48?
