Crawled under and found the castellated nuts attaching the pittman/draglink to the wheel cyl. had play. I was able to remove the cotter and tighten the top bolt but the lower just spins. Before I do something stupid. What is the correct tightness and how to stop that bolt from spinning. By the way, those bolts are the steering arm mounting bolts.

Assuming they're Grade 8 (which they should be for a steering system) a 7/16" diameter bolt with a 5/8" head should get 65-70 ft/lbs. 1/2" bolts (3/4" head) get 90-100 ft/lbs.

Ding ding. That makes sense. They are way way too loose. I'll get her on jackstands this week and check both sides. 65-70 ft/lbs I might need a bigger torque wrench.
