I am hoping that a 'bolter has one and can give me the location dimensions to mount one of these.

There should be a reinforcement piece of metal there with holes in it to match the placement of the mirror. My 52 has them so perhaps yours does too. It should look something like this...disregard the hole for the antenna which the PO had on the passenger side. I think your template might be for a different style arm? Maybe your template will work for both style arms (and the holes are over the holes in the under-dash brace)? If they are the same template, if you are willing to mail the template to me, I'll scan it as a real-size PDF image and post a link to it. I'd, of course, mail the original back to you. Thanks,
