Can anyone steer me to a vendor who makes a modern cluster that fits into the dash of a 46 pickup? I have seen them but now can't seem to find them. Dave

I've seen them on eBay. They only make them in 5 gauge, though. I wanted an in-dash tach so I enlarge the stock opening and made my own insert out of 18ga and welded it into the dash.

Yeah, I've seen the 5 hole billet and 2 hole (large hole) billet panels for purchase.

Check out Oldnewparts.com on EBay.
They have a lot of different types that should work and prices are reasonable.

I just found them, I was hoping to find one that had a tach and would still fit in the original opening. I have my dash already blasted and fiinished painted. Dave

Speedway might have "new" gauges to fit old holes.

cm

If you can't fix it with a hammer and screwdriver, you need a bigger hammer.

There's nothing that will fit 6 gauges in your stock opening (speedo, 5 smalls, and a tach). There just isn't enough room. The tach is the reason I had to enlarge my stock opening.

Nobody sells a direct fit gauge set for these, just the billet inserts.

There are a few " Dual Gauge " units out there with Tach and Speedo on 1 face. Try Autometer or Speedhut.

Do the billet inserts fit properly in the existing hole in the dash? Dave

Detroit (New Vintage USA) gauges makes a nice set. Fit std dash holes with stainless adapter ring perfectly.

I do not see anything for 46, only 47 and newer. Dave
