Hi y'all my leak is originating from the lowest point on the steering housing.
Cheviesofthefourties shows a part 6.805 on page 110 (drawing is of an 37-40) yet do not sell the part. Does anyone know where to get this part for my truck 52 3600?

If you do a search here you will find the details. I think it is the same as 3/4 ton. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. I am waiting to fix that until I am ready to tackle replacing the overseas throwout bearing that lasted less than 2000 miles. | | | | Joined: Aug 2013 Posts: 217 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2013 Posts: 217 | Been one hot somgun down here in southern Cal this summer, gonna be in the 80s the next few days. My steering box takes about 6 months for the corn head to ooze out. | | | | Joined: Sep 2015 Posts: 17 New Guy | New Guy Joined: Sep 2015 Posts: 17 | Then just wack it back in.
