I called the parts house and they said there is only one hinge for the upper and lower and there is no right side or left side hinge. If this is true the spring on each upper hinge on the one door will be up and the other door will be down. Is this normal and did it come from the factory that way? If so which side was up and which side is down?

I will look again to make sure; I think the bolt pattern wouldn't allow for upper hinge driver/passenger side swap.

I actually think they may be right. The hinges' arms could be flipped and the bolts would align correctly.
My apologies to the unknown parts store.

Edit- I'm just getting confused looking, but the FAM gives pn 3716441 LH, pn 3716442 RH for the upper hinge

I saw it in the tucker catalog and then I called them and verified what the catalog showed. I was told thats the way it goes. I just thought it was weird but I did not look when I took the doors apart. So it's new to me. My body guy has my assembly manual so I could not look in the book.

I was referring to the bolt pattern on the doors; check that out.
