I have a nice pretty aftermarket speedometer that is operated with a cable. The tranny seems to be for a digital speedo. Short of buying another expensive speedo can the tranny be converted reasonably easy to a cable speedo outlet? Buy the way all this was done by the PO and did not operate when I bought the truck.

Unless I can find a cable operated (if they made such a tranny) 700R4 and scrounge some tail parts off it. Probably just bite the bullet and order a electronic speedo from the same manufacturer as my cable one and sell mine on Craigslist.
