Someone had welded studs to bucket with acorn nuts holding housing on. I know thats not right

I had to use a wood screw for the long one, because I couldn't find a sheet metal screw that long. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 629 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 629 | I added a couple of pictures that show two different headlight buckets including the screws. Both were unrestored buckets. Just click on my link below. Should be able to find it at the end of the "46 Chevy" pictures. If you need any other pictures let me know. I also added a couple so you can see the small clip that snaps in the bucket that actually grabs the screws. Hopefully this will help!

This is my first full restoration and I have read that the pictures end up being extremely important. With a digital camera it costs nothing so I figure it should help me and others as they get stuck. At least twice now I have been able to help others with my pics. Hopefully many more as time goes on. I'm sure I'll love looking back at them too. I've only posted about 1/3 of the pictures I have.
