I've been around here long enough that the drama doesn't bother me. You can sit 10 people down and discuss a subject and there will always be one with a different slant on the subject. It's just life.
I'm from Louisa Va and there was a Chrysler/Dodge dealer up there who had a shop with 3 or 4 mechanics, one being my 1st father in law. He'd bring one of his old antique cars in for a little work and first thing those guys would say is "Don't know anything about them". So Mr Pettit would look a my father in law with out a word he'd go fix it. He grew up with those old cars. Seems like all of them had ideas but you just got to get to the older generation to get it done. But you have to be able to listen to the newer generation and help them along. Not every problem has just one answer or solution. Sorry for the ramble. Larry
