LarryW, make sure you take "all" the oil plugs out of that block and clean clean clean the oil passages, metal from a wiped out crack can still be in there and in all the passages where oil goes through, no break in oil in the world will be any good if there is crap still in the oil galleys. just my 2 cents. good luck, Dan
