You really cant get much $$ out of a tired engine. If you look around you can find 235s that run good (supposedly) for $500 usually with a transmission. If it were me, I would rebuild the one you have (it will be good for the rest of your life) or find another 55 series 2 engine. There is something cool about saying it has the original motor (they were not tied to the VIN so you only have to get and engine s/n that came from 1955.2)
