Are you going to use a single carburetor or multiple carburetors?
The Fenton exhaust headers match-up to the Fenton dual intake and to the original intake with no modifications (no grinding). You have to grind the Offenhauser - maybe someone knows about the fit of the Clifford intake.
If it is a 1955-2nd series 235, you might want to put a higher-left cam in it - the 261 cam is one option.
