Come to western Kansas and park your truck facing north on most days. 30-40mph wind will make your worst nightmare come true. I see so many mostly 1-1/2-2 ton farm trucks that have this nasty crease in the cab. Each one of them that I have had the chance to look over had no springs in the door hinges. Then most of the owners had no idea this vintage even HAD springs. They didn't care either! They had work to do! If the truck had a crease in it, it was called a badge of honor because it still brought the wheat in from the fields.
