The pain about this type of dent is that the sheet metal will be stretched. When you pull it back out, it will not magically fall back into shape. I personally would slice the panel in the center of the crease with a thin cut off wheel, pull it out to level, and slowly weld it back together. The metal removed with the cut off wheel will likely take care of the stretched metal issue.
