Toe in made a huge difference to my truck. How did you measure the caster angle? No shims under my axle but would be good to know what it is. Steering stabilizer? Can't hurt as long as it is mounted correctly. Might not help much, maybe. But it can not hurt so try if you like. Any thoughts on sway bars? That should get some ideas out there.
