Spot specifically stated he's not into racing - Trucklet would prefer overbuilt transmissions like the racing grade 'glides and 350/400's he linked above, might be satisfied with
an equivalent 700R [but prolly not]
OD is what's being sought, the stock 700R [or4L60] is at least as dependable and durable as a stock powerglide or TH350/400 for normal street driving
