I'd be intested to hear more from folks who don't think a 12 volt conversion is necessary. The reasons I'm considering one are: dim head lights, and in particularly dim stop lights; after the engine & starter were rebuilt, when it sits for a while it takes some time for the gas to get to the carb (a few times I had to charge the battery). What am I missing?
