You'll need to take the two screws out of the frame in the middle of the windshield that holds the regulator "tongue" to the frame. Then with someone holding the windshield up for you there is two screws, on each side, that hold the windshield frame to the top hinges.
Once you get the frame out it may be a booger to get seperated if your frame is two piece like mine. If so there is four screws on each side that go through the fame and screw into a piece of metal "stock" that goes in the middle of the frame. Many times this piece is rusted to the inside of the frame and is hard to get loose....and the screw heads will twist into if not careful. Patience is the key.
