Just so you know, the hole for the temp gauge is larger in an "848" head than in the original '54 head. The NAPA and Classic bushing are for the "848" hole.

The '29-'57 MPC noted that the "temp. gauge reducing bushing" was supplied with replacement 235 head casting #3836848 and with replacement 261 head. No GM part number for the bushing.
