I'm just trying to adapt my original probe size to 1/8 pipe for an electric sender. I thought the original size is 3/8 pipe but the 3/8 bushing I bought wont thread in. ...pic... I'll take the works over to napa later see what I can find.

I've tried the 3/8 and 1/4 pipe The 1/4 dropped in the hole You can see in the pic. Is it pipe? Struck out at napa.
