Have you tried disconnecting everything except for the starter and running a fresh hot wire from battery to coil?

If it won't run like that you most likely have ignition/timing/plug wire order issues.
If it will run then something in the rest of the system is the issue, add functions back to the system one at a time to figure out where the problem is.
