Chad,the truck can be fixed with no problem.I would survey all the damage,make a list of what you need and proceed in fixing it.
You should be able to find rust free sheet metal in your location.The crack in the inner fender well looks like it has been there long before your crash"weld it up".
Place an add in the parts wanted section if you can't find the parts.

I strongly recommend having Grandpa teach you how to drive a stick shift.You're very lucky no one got hurt.I would chalk it up as a lesson learned.Get your drivers license as well.
