Hang in there man! I'm restoring a farm truck for my girlfriend that she drove into a tree at your age.
1. We all smack up our first car at some point. My first was declared totaled ...twice, and it still survived being my sister's first car and continued to serve our family well past 350,000mi.
2. New and used fenders for these trucks are a dime a dozen. The cowl might take some work but worst case, patch panels are also available from all the online vendors. IMO, a good body shop should be able to work it back out.
FWIW, your driver side cowl is still in better condition than mine.
