Building a truck is all just a matter of taste, your taste. Do it the way you like it. If you ask that question here, you will get a hundred different replies. If the truck has no collector or sedimental value, do what you like, most of us won't care and we'll support you. I personally would make it road worthy and drive it. Get a feel for what you like and dislike about the truck. Then start collecting parts and donor vehicles. It's all about having fun,
