From the looks of mine it was red. I had another used one that was OK.
Sometime ago someone here posted the ideal thing but I simply can't remember. It seems that it was a piece of "plastic" from a sheet of it that you can get from and arts and crafts show.
....my decals did have the hole and it was one of the "points" I used to line the decal up. Are you sure the decal doesn't have a "score" mark on it so you can take it out.....maybe they left it in there in case folks didn't want it..... | | |
