Thanks for the tip DavidF. I'll put the plastic to the test before I install it back in the truck.
I called the parts company to follow up on the bad batch of gauge decals and they had received decals from another supplier and they had the same problem, no high beam hole cut out. So he refunded me for the cost of the decals letting me keep the one they sent me. I'm gonna try to punch the hole myself with an awl and see what happens. Free decals!
