I've run mine to 4500 under acceration but don't necessarily advise that everyday. Most people today are just sure they will blow up based almost entirely on the sound as you said. When I was a kid we ran the pants off them and nobody ever blew one up in my group. Changing the oil and having a filter go a long way toward keeping them fit. | | |
