The mechanical (spring) fish-scale that I bought about 10 years ago for a few about $5 from Walmart is no longer available.
Before obtaining the scale I had always looked skeptically at the adjustment procedure in the Shop Manual. After doing the procedure, I wondered why I had put it off for so long. It was easy to do and resulted in easily noticeable improvements in steering-tightness and minimal wandering.
It would be nice if TSC would start carrying (or special ordering) the Deere Corn Head Grease.
