The play in my steering wheel (if we use a clock) is about 2 hours in one direction. If I hold my hand a 12 noon and turn to the left I can get to 10 oclock when the wheels starts to move. Some might not think that is too bad. But I think I am going to attempt the adjustments on the weekend. Sometimes I contemplate them for to long. I'm going in. Thanks for all the info it has been very helpful. Tie rods are fine. I dont know what to look for in king pin. But when jacked up everything seems tight Thanks Rick
