Okay, so I ran out and pulled the plugs to check for carbon deposits and it looks like its running a bit rich, less so on cylinders 5 and 6. It was the same when I changed the plugs out, not terrible, but obviously running a bit rich.
I pulled one plug at a time and had about the same increase in idle roughness when taking each cylinder off-line.
When I changed the plugs and wires I also checked the compression. I got between 78 and 85 psi with no real standouts.
I forgot to mention that the coil is new, but I didn't change out the ballast resistor when I changed out the coil. I'll try to pick up one of those tomorrow.
